Hoki Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read the following terms carefully before using hoki's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by hoki through hoki.ws or its related applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the hoki platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered members, and paying users. The platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. hoki reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2. Account Registration, Security, and User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. hoki reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet platform compliance requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information — including your name, phone number, and payment details — is accurate and up to date. Incorrect information may result in delays in transaction processing.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share this information with anyone. hoki will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately. hoki is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

User Responsibilities in Platform Usage
  • Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
  • The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or abusing bonus and promotional programmes is strictly prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

3. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All transactions on the hoki platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied directly by the platform. Accepted payment methods include local online bank transfers, TNG eWallet, MAE, and other local digital wallets listed on the platform.

Deposits will be credited to your account upon successful verification. Withdrawals are processed via your original payment method, subject to the applicable minimum and maximum limits. Processing times vary depending on the method selected and your account verification status.

Hoki reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing for security review or identity verification purposes. In such cases, you will be contacted via your registered email or support channel to provide any additional information required.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the rollover requirements associated with any bonuses received. Rollover details for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotional terms. hoki is not liable for any fees incurred by users from third-party payment service providers.

4. Account Suspension, Closure, and Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension and Closure

Hoki reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or any behaviour that may compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.

Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting customer support. Any valid balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned in accordance with the established process, subject to the completion of identity verification.

Platform Limitation of Liability

Hoki is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or loss of access. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.

Hoki makes no guarantees regarding profits from gaming activity. All games carry financial risk and outcomes are determined by probability. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions to play.

5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms

All content on the hoki platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of hoki or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from hoki.

This platform may contain links or references to third-party services or content. hoki is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.

Hoki reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
